We will be performing essential maintenance work on the File Sanctuary Cloud on weekdays from 2023-11-13 to 2023-11-24, between 18:00 and 20:00 GMT.
We expect each Cloud Server to become unavailable for approximately 10 minutes during this maintenance. This will happen for each Cloud Server at different times, and each Cloud Server will be impacted just once during the two week event. We recommend that you consider services to be "at risk" during the two hour maintenance window each evening.
No other interruptions to service are expected, and no maintenance work will occur outside of the two hour window each evening.
